John and Elizabeth Hipkins deed land in Caroline County, Virginia, and William Baynham deeds land in Essex County, Virginia, to Robert Baylor; John Mercer Garnett deeds land to Richard Baylor. Also included in the collection are surveys, newspapers, a fee book of Richard Baylor, and a plat of Garnett's land drawn by Aaron Thornley.
